WorryQ (legal name: Quick Apna Labour Private Limited) is a technology-enabled B2B labour marketplace founded in 2025 and headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The company operates a mobile app-based platform that allows industrial businesses — including factories, warehouses, logistics companies and construction firms — to book verified semi-skilled workers on an hourly, on-demand basis.

The platform is focused on Ahmedabad's GIDC (Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation) industrial clusters, which collectively house thousands of manufacturing and logistics units requiring flexible manpower. WorryQ's primary service areas are Vatva GIDC, Narol GIDC, Odhav and Pirana.

Workers on the WorryQ platform are referred to as "helpers." All helpers undergo a background verification and identity check before being approved. They are uniformed and trained in industrial safety protocols, safe lifting techniques and basic warehouse management practices. Helpers are rated after each booking by the B2B client.

WorryQ operates a marketplace model, earning revenue from B2B bookings made through its mobile application. Businesses pay an hourly rate based on the number of helpers booked and the duration of the booking slot (2, 4, or 8 hours). Pricing is displayed transparently in the app before a booking is confirmed. There are no monthly subscriptions, minimum headcount requirements or advance payment obligations.

The on-demand model distinguishes WorryQ from traditional industrial labour contractors (locally called thekedars), who typically require advance notice, monthly lock-in contracts, minimum order quantities and cash-based advance payments. WorryQ's target clients are operations managers, warehouse supervisors and factory owners who need flexible, verifiable manpower for irregular or unpredictable workloads.

Common use cases include: peak-season warehouse staffing, urgent truck loading and unloading when a regular workforce is short-staffed, production-day labour top-up at manufacturing units, and dispatch support during high-volume shipping days.

WorryQ operates through a mobile application available on both Android (Google Play Store) and iOS (Apple App Store). The app allows B2B clients to select a service type, specify the number of helpers required, choose a booking duration and confirm their location. The platform dispatches the nearest available verified helpers immediately.

The app includes live GPS tracking, allowing the client's operations team to monitor helper arrival in real time. After the booking is completed, payment is collected digitally and a digital invoice is generated. Clients can rate and review each helper after the session, contributing to a performance-based quality system.
